Confidentiality Agreement

Agree to uphold Care & Beyond Nurse Registry’s Confidentiality Policy as explained to me during my orientation process. I agree to abide by the following policies:

• Client’s confidentiality must be maintained in accordance with HIPAA standards and all other healthcare privacy legislations even after my employment or contract with C&B is terminated.

• Refrain from discussing client information of Care & Beyond’ s business with anyone who does not have a legitimate reason to know.

• Maintain the confidentially of trade secrets, confidential or proprietary regarding the company’s clients or business.

• Direct all inquiries by anyone outside the company regarding Care & Beyond Business or its confidential clients to the Administrator.
